Aditya College of Physiotherapy & Health Sciences (ACPHSS) was established in 2017 and is recognized by the Government of Assam and affiliated with Srimanta Shankardeva University of Health Sciences.
The institution is unique in Upper Assam, offering state-of-the-art facilities. The college was upgraded to offer a Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT) program in 2022. ACPHS emphasizes hands-on training, producing skilled paramedical technicians and healthcare professionals. The college has maintained a 100% result record, with most graduates employed in reputed institutions. The college provides AV classrooms, computer training programs, and recreational activities. Faculty members, selected from top institutions, have extensive experience and knowledge. ACPHS currently offers BPT, DMLT, and DMRT courses and is upgrading to include BMLT and BMRT programs.
Aditya Diagnostics & Hospitals, established in 1998, is a fully-fledged ultramodern diagnostic and therapeutic center with a 200-bed capacity. It provides multi-disciplinary healthcare services, including Medicine, Surgery (Laparoscopic & Endoscopic), Orthopedics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatric & Neonatology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Neurology & Neurosurgery, and a Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre. The hospital is expanding further and extends healthcare services to rural areas through frequent health check-up camps and free medicine distribution.
Aditya Diagnostics & Hospitals is committed to social obligations and has established the S.D. Sahewalla Foundation to support societal benefits, including economic, industrial, agricultural, and tourism development, as well as employment generation and educational institution development. The foundation is dedicated to providing health services to the people of Northeast India on a no-profit basis.
